Hard Drive Partition Is Running out of Disk Space on Server 2003

"I have installed a Seagate hard drive 500GB on my Windows Server 2003 laptop. When building the hard drive on my PC, I only allocated 59GB space to C drive. Recently, I can see red bar on C drive and I found there is little free space on it. So want to reallocate more space to C drive, but I don't want to repartition the hard drive. Is there any way to expand C drive partition on Windows Server 2003 without repartitioning the hard drive?"

"I have a 160GB hard drive which was divided into two partition C drive and D drive on my PC that runs Windows 2003 operating system. C drive is FAT32 file system and has 90GB space totally, while D drive is NTFS file system with 70GB space. I often like to save different types of data to D drive, so it is running on low disk space since more and more data is stored. My question is if it is possible to move some free space from C drive to D drive?"
